The staff was all very nice. The hotel itself was not very clean. The elevator has drywall dust all in the floor. There was a lot of random hairs in our bathroom toilet, shower and towel hooks. We only had less than a quarter of toilet paper on the roll and no extra rolls so had to go to the front desk for more. The toilet seat is the most uncomfortable toilet I have ever sat on. The rooms and bathrooms are so small we could barely move around.

We had a great overnight stay here during an interstate move. I appreciate that they allow dogs and cats (for an extra fee) and that there was no carpet in the room. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Our vehicle was safe overnight and the staff was excellent.

I prepaid through Expedia and the receptionist asked for a card for incidentals, my card was charged $88.18 that hasn’t been returned. Very disappointed. There wasn’t any incidents to charge my card. BEWARE of charges.

I booked a room through hotels.com and when I arrived the front desk attendant was very nice and professional. Check in did not take long, but when I went to look at the room it had not been cleaned. Beds not made, towels where and dirty. I shared with front desk and they gave me a different room and it was the same result. Finally third time was a charm and we got a clean room. It smelled very strongly of pinesol and any moisture from our shoes from the pool it created bubbles and suds. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice otherwise. When it was time to go to sleep the air conditioning would not cool good and would turn off. Then it would get too cold. It created a less than ideal sleeping experience. The pool and fitness center were kept up and in great condition. The continental breakfast was decent and there was a good selection available even late in the morning.

Recently renovated. Very clean and well decorated room. Amenities were very good. The whole facility had a very attractive and clean appearance. Fitness area clean and well outfitted, small but adequate for hotel size. Breakfast bar above average nothing stellar.

The property is new. Only opened a few weeks ago. Very modern. Typical carb loaded breakfast items, plus eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Staff was very helpful. Could not reach the shower head...was 8' high. Chana came up and adjusted the shower head for me. Also moved me to another room because the TV was not working. Property should made some additions to the rooms - Grab bar in the shower, a shelf in the shower to put the soap.
