When we arrived to check in there were police at the front office because the staff had reported a resident (not sure what for), when they came in and proceeded to tell us they had just taken over recently and were trying to clean up and get rid of the drug issues. Got our room, there were black hairs still in the bathroom, the kitchen divider/bar area was dirty along with the floors (I had to use one of the towels to wipe it all down), the kitchen table and 2 chairs were in the living area where there really should have been a small couch or some chairs. Overall I would never book here again between the area not feeling safe and the hotel room not being very clean.

We were so disappointed when we arrived at Studio 6 with a reservation on Hotels.com only to hear that they didn't actually have a room for us! It was a cold and rainy night and we had to drive nearly an hour to find another overpriced room! :( I really don't know if it was Hotels.com or Studio 6 that messed up, but it made for a really difficult night for us. We learned to always call the hotel after "booking" on Hotels.com...

Can be better

Service was good but I think guests and hotels should take cleanliness more seriously. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in the rooms, and ours smelled strongly of tobacco and weed. That's terrible, especially if you're traveling with a baby.

Staff was more than friendly and the property was well maintained and within walking distance of a few different restaurants. The room itself had faulty wiring in the lighting, the oven still had food caked in the bottom of it, and there were dead bugs all over the bathroom counter and bath tub. There was also a bottle of cleaning solution left on top of the stove.

The property wasn’t like the photos in the app. Bed sheets were dirty and the pillows had mold. All the place smells like cigarettes and the bathroom floor had mold and all dirt marks. In the floor there was dead bugs and cockroaches. I have photos of that. In another part The lady on the front desk she was super nice and helpful. Helped me with the cancellation of the stay and reimbursement.
