Amazing Condo - remodeled keittiö ja kylpyhuone

Jos rakastat kävelemään tai ajettava rannalla aamulla, aurinko pehmeällä valkoisella hiekalla, ja katsella upeita auringonlaskuja rannan horisontissa iltaisin - tämä on täydellinen lomapaikka sinulle ja perheellesi. Casa Mar sijaitsee keskellä (laajin osa) Crescent Beach tarjoaa runsaasti uncrowded ja yksityinen ranta tilaa.

Tämä 1 makuuhuoneen / 1 kylpyhuoneen osakehuoneisto (yksikkö # 61) uudistettiin uudella matolla, laatoilla, huonekaluilla ja keittiökalusteilla. Makuuhuoneessa on uusi king size-tyynynpäällinen. Olohuoneessa on (2) nahka la-z-poika recliners ja kuningatar vuodesohva. Syö keittiössä on aivan uusia laitteita ja kodin ruoanlaittoon liittyviä mukavuuksia tai voit syödä useissa erinomaisissa ravintoloissa. Lasitettu / seulottu sisäpihalla on uusi rakkausistuin ja tuoli. Tämä huone sopii erinomaisesti aamukahvin, hyvän kirjan tai ylimääräisen viihdetilaan. Pidämme lomaa mukavasti ja olemme tehneet paljon työtä säilyttää tämä huoneisto erinomaisessa kunnossa ja laadukkaat kalusteet ja vuodevaatteet. Olemme juuri remodeled kylpyhuone uusi laatta ja turhamaisuus.

Lomakeskus tarjoaa (2) lämmitettyjä allasta, shuffle lauta tuomioistuimissa ja grilli / piknik alueilla pihalla välillä Condo. Lomakeskuksessa on myös tenniskenttä, suuret kokoustilat, kaksi pesutupaa, ilmainen langaton internetyhteys ja tietokonehuone / kirjasto. Casa Mar on turvallinen perheystävällinen lomakeskus, jossa on yksityinen kävelytie pääsy pihan rannalle ja yksityiset pysäköintipaikat jokaiselle huoneistoon. Ranta on (2) kattaa Lanai n, lentopallo net ja lounge tuolit vieraille käyttää - kaikki ilmaiseksi. Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee rannan puolella Midnight Pass tie. Meidän huoneisto on noin 100 pihalla kävellä pihan rannalle.

Perfect getaway

Location was great, just steps to the beach. Condo was nicely updated and clean, a perfect home base for our time at the beach. Saw dolphins daily and gorgeous sunsets! We are ready for a repeat trip

Perfect location

The property was a touch small but not bad at all for a couple. The owner was very responsive when we lost track of the gate code and when we had another question during the week. The Siesta beach is really just 100 yards away so the location trumps any other petty little concern you could have.

Slice of Heaven on Crescent Beach

Great one bedroom condo, with ample space and newly renovated! Our stay was wonderful but too short! Our daughter was staying about a mile a way with friends for Spring break and we were the perfect distance away to not feel like we were on spring break! Beautiful, quiet private beach, but close enough to the action for restaurants, shopping etc. Would love to visit again!

Great location!

The pool was wonderful! Super clean & warm. Close to everything & beach access is nice. Security gate keeps strangers out. There are repairs going on in many condos after hurricane damage. Would love to visit again sometime.

Awesome!

Considering the scope of the hurricane damage we were amazed how well the property has been restored. The unit we were in was lovely and very clean and comfortable ! Even though there is a lot of renovation going on the property it was still very quiet and we had no issues at all! We would definitely rent there again!

Tammy and Tom were very easy to work with and communicative, really appreciated their responsiveness. Condo was great, grounds kept clean daily. We appreciated the quick walk to the pool and beach as the weather was quite 'toasty". All furnishings very comfortable. We will try to get back someday, thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful!

My friend and I came for 3 days. We teachers and wanted a last beach vacation. Casa Mar and Unit 61 were wonderful. The condo is welcoming and comfortable. We watched sunsets, floated in the water, ate good food, and even had fun running in the rain. This is a great place to relax. Thank you for the use of your home and your kindness throughout the booking process.

It was missing several things that make the place a great place. Being on the beach, not providing beach towels doesn't make sense. It would also have been nice to have some non instant coffee and sweetener, and some tea. Otherwise the place was nice having been an apartment, it ticked most of our boxes.

Unforgettable vacay

The apartment is fantastic; it has all the furniture and supplies you'll need for a perfect experience. The condo's location is excellent. Walking to the beach every day has no price. The condo's pools were always clean and warm. Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for our beach stay. The location is fantastic, and Tammy, the owner was super nice. She even let me know when our condo was clean so that we could go ahead and check in early. Would totally stay here again.

Loved this beach

Wanted a place where we could walk to the water - from this condo to the water edge is only 7 min. We enjoyed the pools - this place had a family friendly vibe. The beach was not crowded and found a fair amount of shells. The condo kitchen is well stocked (although the listing said there was a Keurig - it was in the cupboard above fridge with sign that said don't use) but there was a Mr Coffee drip maker. The bathroom is a little small but met our needs. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella. We left a body board behind for others. The bedroom TV is not a smart TV and the connection needs attention ( I think a wire ). We truly enjoyed our week and had a great time. We would come back.

Beach condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great size for the two of us, well stocked, very clean and a short walk to a gorgeous beach. Tammy responded quickly to our questions and requests. We definitely plan on coming back next spring.

This is one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. Incredible attention to detail as it was well-stocked with anything you might need. We appreciated that the cookware was in excellent condition as well. It had all the essentials, plus extra amenities like the adjustable bed. The patio furniture was upgraded and the back breezeway to vehicle being covered was a great area to store beach things so that we didn’t track sand into the unit. Not all units have that. The owner communicated very well and we appreciated the hospitality. We’re local and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you.
