Terrific staff. Jeremy at reception helped the an issue, my fault, and gave us a quick and very satisfactory solution. Great location to explore Changi, which is a destination on it’s own.

Good value and great location. Helpful hotel staff. Better than average hotel food. Great concierge staff, good recommendations and help with my wife's limited mobility. The wheelchair assist to the departure gate is a great service that they offer for a fixed price. We spent 33 hours in transit to Singapore, so we booked two nights to adjust for time zone change. We were able to borrow a wheel chair and tour the Jewel and catch spicy crab at Jumbo Seafood. I would do this again as the two nights made for a good adjustment before heading out to Bali.

The room was very basic and outdated for the price I paid. Grout work in bathroom was loose and missing. The seal under the door was loose making the sound of the airplanes at the airport even louder. The staff was helpful and kind.

I want to take a moment to thank the staff first. From beginning to the end of our stay we had phenomenal conversations, service and support from the staff. They got to know my husband and I in a personal level and at one point knew us by name! They wouldn’t just check to see how our stay was going but check on us personally. I’m 1000% recommending friends and family to stay here. The people that we had the opportunity to interact with made the stay worthwhile and the reason we will be going back. The hotel itself was beautiful, room was cleaned quickly, breakfast at Koko kitchen was always amazing. Lunch/Dinner at the Breeza restaurant and bar was always a highlight. It’s right next to the beach so you get ocean views/entertainment with your food and drinks. The Spa was such a calm, relaxing experience. You can feel all stress melt away during your spa session. There was so much to do or locations be relax in the resort we always had something to look forward to . They also had an app where you can schedule events, classes, services. Made everything seem less and easy to request things. Huge shoutout to the following staff: Looknam, Mui, Kate, Krit, Bah, Rainbow, K, Lucy, Muay, Miew, Ben, Bay, Rak, Peachy, New, Pang, Venus, Ya, Mack, Green Tea, Pan, Golf, Meen, Yao, Mariam, Branden, Sachi, Mam, Ard, and Khawfang!!!!!(might have missed a few names we tried to get everyone).

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a very secure and peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay, and it’s super convenient, just next to the airport. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
