Great but....

The hotel was great. Perfect location, Tommy's Tavern right next store and service great. A little disappointed that the refrigerator didn't work and the coffee machine didn't work. I didn't feel like calling the front desk since I was there just for one night. To boot the ice machine didn't work. Maybe I'm being picky but I didn't expect it.

The hotel was so cute! Loved the lobby and the room was beautiful. Didn't really care for how loud it was at night due to the Bradford restaurant but nonetheless, beautiful hotel.

My stay at this hotel was 10/10. If I could give it 100 stars I would. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a quiet establishment. The Bradford is always a great time. My room was immaculate. I will be coming back.

I love this hotel! My boyfriend and I did a Valentine’s Day staycation here and it was so peaceful. Very modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and informative. The rooftop restaurant was breathtaking and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!
