I called the front desk 15 times and sent multiple emails that i wouldnt make this reservation because of a snow storm. Not a single response. Worst place ive ever seen. All the calls go to voicemail after 2 rings. Never stay here.

This place is getting worse and worse , hallways smells and carpets are dirty rooms with no phones or no heat, front desk absolutely useless without any concerns about customers no gym no breakfast
