Noisy and no view

I made reservations for a balcony sea view. They gave the 1 floor in front of the pool. It was crazy loud all the time till about 3 in the morning. Probably won’t go back. They said if I would have booked with the hotel I could’ve gotten the sea view. But not with the 3rd party booking.

Never Again

As a long-time Hilton Honors Diamond member, I have consistently chosen Hilton properties for their reputed service and loyalty benefits. However, my recent experience at this particular location was profoundly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that despite my reservation being for four people, my children could not stay because they weren’t listed in the original booking. I offered to pay extra to add my child at check-in, but the night shift staff member was extremely rude and refused. Consequently, I had to leave, as I was not about to leave my child behind. This experience is not only frustrating but also disheartening, especially given my loyalty to the Hilton brand. I urge fellow travelers to reconsider staying at this location, as it does not uphold the standards one would expect from Hilton.

DISSATISFIED- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The gentleman at the front desk could use better customer service skills. When I called before hand to confirm reservation and verifying check in time and room being ready.. I was told room was not ready..when asked when will it be ready as I was told I could check in at 4:00..was told “I’m not sure” you can try us back in 30 minutes and see if it’s ready yet” ..I don’t think it’s a paying guests responsibility to follow up with the hotel staff when room is suppose to be ready upon check in time..the tone and u friendliness of this employee was terrible..not the best way to welcome paying guests who are traveling with small children and elderly..the whole interaction with this employee was unfriendly and not very welcoming…

This place is literally the best hotel you can book. The rooms feel like youre paying 200 a night (Im an experienced hotel stayer) and the food at the bar is great! 7 dollars for a burger with fries not bad! I would definitely recommend this if you enjoy being happy on vacation

Liked everything. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day, other days it wasn't done until 5:30 pm. Beach bathroom was dirty on the weekend due to so many beach people using it. Food was great, especially loved the free breakfast and happy hours at Barry's Bistro
