Nothing great!

Terrible housekeeping. Had to beg for it daily and then they did a poor job. Restaurant serves frozen shrimp and fish. On the gulf coast where everything is fresh and available. Freezing hallways. Like meat lockers. No need for that kind of temperature swing in a 70 degree day.

Stayed there Feb 21-28th and had a wonderful time! Staff are friendly food was great and rooms were clean. Only thing I wish was better were the beds….not very comfortable but I’m bias and spoiled with a soft mattress at home.

Management needs to enforce their rules. Chairs around the pool had all been taken by 7:30, even though the "rules" stated you could not "save chairs" or enter the pool area until 9:00. No smoking rules were not enforced. Throwing of balls, by children, in the pool bar area - ridiculous.The cleaning people were terrible (not resupplying towels or waters, etc), and none of them spoke English, which resulted in lots of frustration. SPI was great. Margaritaville, not so much. Shark Boy stood out as the best thing about the place, as well as Stephanie in the restaurant. Shark Boy (Adan) bent over backwards for our group and several others. He's management material - since few others seemed to care about our enjoyment.

Everything was excellent except the toilet had problems from the minute we walked into the room (was already running) and continued to run the next few days. We asked maintenance to fix it, which they may have tried but the last day it was running again and overflowed everywhere out of nowhere. Luckily we were on our way out. The resort took care of the parking fee and resort fee due to our inconvenience without us even having to ask. Other than that, was a great room and resort.
