Since the first step in I was really well treated by Mr Rock’n’roll! He offered tips about places to eat and what to visit. Felt very welcomed. The room was perfect, with a breathtaking view of the mountains on the east. A lot of shopping and dinning options near by.

Miserable breakfast for a supposedly classy hotel. No half and half only fake for coffee. No juices at all. No water even. Only rather disgusting sausage and egg mix in a packet you were supposed to warm up in microwave. The only shining light was help by Ms Annette qScott who tried really hard in a very helpful and friendly way to make up for deficits, The $20 parking fee seemed excessive for the area. On the more positive side the view of the mountains from our room was marvelous.

The room was dirty, the sheets didn't fit and kept coming off the bed, Shower Water temperature never got above lukewarm, carpet was warn out and there was a sunken area in the mattress that was impossible to stay out of, that hole had it's own gravitational pull!

My stay here was amazing. Rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was great. Scott and Annette were great, I don’t know how the breakfast area would run without them. They were both attentive while refilling food areas. I’d be happy to stay here again.
