Perfect location as a base for Zion NP. Town shuttle 200 yards away which connects to all of Springdale & the national park visitor center. The views are awe-inspiring. High rent but well worth it. If here when warm has a very nice pool with hot tub & 4 water features for the kids. But the highlight is the view. In the top 3 of any accomodation I've ever had & I'm a traveler & 65.

Room was clean, staff fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Location could not have been better, literally right before the park. Spa was literally half full and decrepit- completely falling apart. Noticed quite a bit of dog poop and trash. Would stay again but for the price would really like to see the property align with value.

The staff was amazing. Our first room was dark and on the ground floor so it was nice that they were able to provide us with a nicer room. The restaurant/bar on the hotel property was amazing. Great service/staff. They also had a live singer which was great. I just expected a little more because of the price.
