Great location super clean modern rooms. Parking was awesome, lot has attendant that helps you park. My one and only beef, music and crowd noise from bars next door do make it into your room. No issues falling asleep but you do hear the area noise.

Very convent location. Within walking distance to most everything. At check in, room was spotlessly clean. Sheri at the front desk is invaluable. Ready, willing and able to advise, arrange tours and answer any and all questions you might have.

The room was small but decent and updated. The staff (what limited interaction we had) was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable but it took us some time to get the temperature in the room comfortable (it was freezing). There was a very unpleasant sewer smell coming up from the shower drain with each use. For the cost, we have stayed in much better Best Western rooms than this one. We are not likely to book in the future should we stay in St Augustine again.

It was good. The front desk check in lady was not too friendly. Said onsite parking but neglected to say there was a nightly fee of $20. Parking is a nightmare and someone has to help you park. They parked us on one side and the room was on the other side. Hotel offers no cart for luggage. There is also a termite problem in the room. we are hoping we did not bring any home with us. I took pictures of one of the bugs and several wings. Great spot next door for breakfast called marys. Biscuits and gravy was amazing. Walkable to lots of tourists spots.

Very noisy

We arrived and the front desk was not very friendly. They charged you for on-site parking on their own property. They did not tell you that the place would be very noisy from music at clubs and bars that were directly behind the hotel. Music was very loud that things vibrated in the room. This is definitely not a place you would bring your children to. Music did not stop until around 2:00 in the morning. I went to front desk after I woke up explained how unhappy I was and they only charged me for one night because I checked out that morning.

Great 3 day break.

The hotel is located in a great spot and ideal for walking to all of the old center of St Augustine. Parking is a bit cramped but the attendant is great at getting everybody as close as possible to their room. No frills, but nice modern rooms and all you need for a stay in the area
