Check in was quick but wish the lady was a little more enthusiastic to see us and more accommodating. Room was beside the employee storage unit so lots of noises even late at night. Bathroom was dirty. AC was loud and outdated.

Not the cleanest hotel. We checked in and the floors were so dirty that our feet got black. Also the shower had some hair from previous guests. They never cleaned our room or made the beds. They only picked up trash and towels and gave us new towels. Location is good, but is not worth it for what u get. There is a parking fee. Might as well get a better hotel a couple miles out and drive and park. There is plenty of parking around for a fee.

The hotel was in the perfect spot. Close to downtown. However our room had ants. They were all in the bathroom and apparently near the bed because both my husband and I had bites.I showed them to the front desk, she said because I made my reservation here, the only thing she could do was return my parking fee. I haven’t seen that yet. Waiting

Room was nice except the bed was too firm for us. We did not sleep well. Also, it was "damp" in the room, esp after showering. It was a pretty small room. But, the tv worked well, it was very clean, shower was nice, everything worked. Julie, front desk, was very friendly. All went well.

This is obviously an older hotel, however, our room was great. It had recently been updated and was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location of this hotel makes it a jewel. It is located downtown and easily walkable to all the Old Town establishments. Highly recommend this Best Western Historic Bayfront.

We had a great day. The rooms were super clean, including the restroom. The room was very cold, so next time I’ll request an extra blanket. I was able to check in early, and the front desk ladies were super nice and very welcoming. The Christmas lights outside the hotel were beautiful and made everything feel festive.
