CRC 1208 - Ocean View Condo Overlooking Pool

This condo is perfect for a family looking for a beach getaway! See and hear the ocean waves while sipping your morning coffee on the panoramic second story balcony. The full-sized washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen make vacations of any length a breeze. Unwind from a fun day at the beach in on the brand new living room couches with recliners and enjoy a movie on the units brand new Smart TV. The king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and attached ensuite bathroom give you that sometimes much needed privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the one twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed in the third bedroom, also known as the “’Crow’s Nest” makes this a great condo for families of all sizes! The Crow's Nest has been renovated to have 3 beds. New Photos coming soon.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Loved everything there… the unit, the pool, the beach, the historic trips to the fort, to the town and to the fountain of youth… A small advise for the owner to add to the unit: a step stool for kids and a hair dryer… Other than that everything was perfect… Thanks.

We checked in after 5pm, contacted the property number as the email stated someone would be able to assist because the keys did not work to open the door. Called back numerous time and finally was able to get a security guard. His key didn’t work either. Afte over an hour we were able to get one key to work the other didn’t at all. Size was good, there was one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Outside lights didn’t work. View from balcony was very nice. It was easy to get to the pool and beach. Good location to get to Old St Augustine pretty fast.

Family Vacation

We had a most wonderful time and the unit was well supplied and very clean! Natalie and her crew made us feel right at home and exceeded our expectations with their hospitality. The property is just far enough down the beach to enjoy some privacy and social distancing, but close enough to shopping to be convenient. We will return to The Colony Reef Club on our next trip to Butler Beach!
