Parking is challenging. Staff when I arrived didn’t informe of breakfast options or amenities. It was very uncomfortable when checking in. For the rest, everything was great.

The front desk employee was not friendly at all throughout our entire stay. There were no towels in the bathroom which we only noticed when we were already undressed to take a shower which it was remedied after we called the unfriendly front desk to have someone bring some to our room. Not enough coffee pods in the room either which we had to go downstairs to ask for some more. The maid forgot lots of items in our room but the envelope for her tip which I have never seen this before in all of our trips.Parking for $25 a night and it is not even a gated parking, no extra security.

Just looking out the window it was like looking at the slums run down falling over wall abandoned building … it was not a good look ….hidden fee for parking at $27 a night … also we asked for the room to be serviced every day when we checked in and on the third day after asking every day for service it finally got done …. Save your money stay somewhere else.

Nice place overall. But still some things were strange to witness: no hand sanitizer in the hotel (unrefilled), no hot/warm water to drink during the day - the only option I was offered was to fill a cup with cold water and microwave it… Surely not Hilton’s level. The water in the jacuzzi was the same temperature as in the regular pool. Good place, but definitely with room for an improvement
