Run down, no easy access to WiFi

The place is run down and in desperate need of a remodel. If you wanted access to the WiFi you have to sign up for some rewards program. Not an impressive place by any means.

Only have it 3 stars bc I arrange a day of maid service for the room and it was never done . When I met the desk know that I’d be leaving again in an hour and elected it done (4:00) it still wasn’t fine upon my return. And they knew I needed all clean towels. Tried hanging me a large stack at front desk on my way out! Dirty, that’s not MY job! First night hit tub wasn’t hot so I ket them know to tell maintenance. Waited 2 nights and went again and it was same as first night. Merely warm. So disappointed. And bc I never received housekeeping they offered me a discount upon check out. A whopping $12. Wow! But csnt refund my card, they said hopefully Expedia gives me the $12 credit. Wow dint do me any favors Ramada. No, I won’t be back.

There were areas in the room that seemed to be falling apart. The bathroom shower surround was cracking and there was a large hole in the surround that was broken out. The ceiling above the shower was appeared to have black mold, maybe because there was no ceiling fan to pull out the moisture. There were other crack in walls around the room. The breakfast was terrible and the hours were not convenient for late risers. The price was expensive for the condition of the hotel. Don't think we would stay here again.

There needs to be more maintenance performed at this hotel. Burned out bulbs, broken switches, etc. are not acceptable. It looks like lots of corners were cut in building and maintenance of the property. It seemed like a budget hotel, IMO. Location is very good, however. Very convenient to many stores, services, and recreational areas. It little better focus on maintenance would make this a winning hotel.

The hotel is old and run down, in a great part of town with a great staff. I would absolutely NOT stay here again. Felt kinda duped when I saw a 9.0 guest rating. We kept our shoes on in the room because the carpet looked old and gross, paint peeling off the walls, it was not good.
