We had a nice time. The rooms weren’t super nice, but the pool was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The staff was sparse, sometimes hard to track down, but overall would stay again for the price and location.

The guest service staff was awesome! Breakfast area was always clean and stocked and we loved the restaurant that was close (pig’s ear)

Thought this was an affordable place to stay. Rooms and bathroom were large and clean, housekeeping was not offered daily. Good continental breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. They also had a swimming pool, workout room and laundry facilities.

I had booked a king size bed, at first, they tried to check me into a queen, I reminded the desk clerk I had paid for the insurance on the room and was not going to settle for anything less than a king. There was no towels or TV remote in the room, I had to make two separate trips to the front desk for these items no one ever offered to bring these items to my room.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was a good variety of foods. There was an older cleaning lady with white/ grey hair that said thank you as we were leaving the room. She had smiled each time we had seen her in the hall or elevator.

Pass if you care about cleanliness & getting sleep

I had to use Lysol Wipes to clean Everything ... including the walls and doors. This room was Not clean. The air unit has visible MOLD on it. This would be a great room if it was maintained and cleaned correctly. We arrived at 10pm and could hear the Loud Snoring of a person in the room next door to us. He snored all night long. Walls and door to hallway paper thin. Major calcium build up on shower head. Passed on taking a needed shower. Staff not friendly. A couple positives - it didn’t stink of foul odors or smell like cleaning supplies. The high ceilings were nice and the view outside of the dirty windows were epic.

Family came down with the flu, had a non cancelable reservation. But to keep others safe tried to simply change dates. And still was denied. Not likely book here again. Staff Im sure would appreciate us not bringing our sick family to be in contact with or clean up after. For changing dates to not even be an option was extremely disappointing.

This hotel is very clean and family friendly. The pool is indoor which is nice for cooler weather. The hot tub was big so even when it’s busy there is still space.

Not the fault of the hotel, but there were a lot of kids running around and heavy footsteps above our room even late at night. The AC was noisy. Breakfast was good. Wish there were more variety of fruits.

We stayed 4 nights and were informed anyone staying more than 2 days would get room cleaning every other day. Sounded good to us. We put a do not disturb sign on our door for the second day we were there and were expecting our room to be cleaned on the 3rd day. We had no sign and left the room on that day but our room was not serviced. Our trash was overflowing and we had to get towels from a cleaning person we saw in the hall. It seems like they were only cleaning the rooms of guests checking out. Kind of disappointing. Also, when we first checked in, the woman at the front desk wasn’t very personable, and our keys didn’t work to the room. This was my second time staying here, and it seems things have declined since our first stay. I’ll probably stay elsewhere if I return.
