Property is being remodeled. The remodeled areas are very nice. However, some areas are unfinished and a little shaggy. Overall it will very nice once completed and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Customer service was lacking. When asked specific questions, customer service made no attempt to obtain answers or resolve the situation. (e.g. An event was scheduled in the ballroom, on the same floor our rooms were located. When I inquired about the hours of the event due to noise level, and the lack of parking in the garage due to the event, I was consistently told, “I don’t know”.) We were all very disappointed.

I wish I could give this place 20 stars. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and affordable. We will be coming back here every time we go to St. Louis. The staff, food, and beds were AMAZING.

Upon check in was told my reservation had been canceled by Experian. Told them it hadn't and showed them. They said they'd reinstate it then put me in a single room queen when it was to have been a double queen room. The person was a little rude but switched it. The morning staff was great. Room was clean and spacious.

When we went to check in, it was after check-in time and they didn’t have a room ready for us for over an hour. We were in town to go to a hockey game and we missed part of our game. They didn’t refund us any money or any partial refund or even say sorry. I would not recommend this hotel.

Love this property, especially the great complementary cook to order breakfast. The parking is also a nice plus. Only problem is the fake wood floors in the room. I need carpet to do some exercises before bedtime. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Great Hotel

Very nice hotel we enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was really good. The free arcade was a nice extra. Rooms were very nice and modern.

Not bad but not good

This was an older hotel that did not offer that many amenities. However, we just stayed overnight. Probably there less than 12 hours. The breakfast is amazing. The cleanliness of the room was a little less than desired.

The property itself was very nice. The biggest issue we had was that there were absolutely no local news channels available. The only news channels available in the rooms were Trump supporting channels. I am not kidding. It was uncalled for and I probably wouldn’t stay there again for that reason. We couldn’t even see what the weather would be for that day. I don’t get it but I do know that it was a choice because you could go to the restaurant and see local news .
