Room wasn’t ready when we arrived after scheduled arrival time. We were then given a double queen bed that smelled of weed, and there was wet molded toilet paper around the fire alarm.

I did not even stay. After arriving to the hotel, the condition of the lobby immediately showed that this hotel is not managed well. I decided to give it a shot, arrived to my room, and the cleanliness was less than satisfactory. After showing photos to the only staff member on site that Saturday night and letting her know I won’t be staying due to it, she was only able to remove my second night and let me know I need to contact the manager to try and get a full reimbursement. I still haven’t been able to.

Good location. Extremely poorly run.

Price and location good. General maintenance/customer service lousy. Pool closed one day. Breakfast buffet not filled on regular basis. By 8:30 the hot food (eggs, etc) were out or down to a few crumbs. Only the orange juice dispenser worked and it tasted watered down. Lemon infused water container not filled. Couldn't get into our room late the first night as the door battery that operates the remote card was dead. Thankfully the night desk person had a key to let us in and he replaced the battery. Upon arrival in the afternoon the desk person was on a smoke break and was in no hurry to get back to the front desk to check us in.

Overall, not bad. Only poor experiences was that water leaked from the shower which also flowed out of the bathroom into the main area. When low on items such as toilet paper and towels, front desk would not answer the phone when called (3 times).

Reserved a non-smoking room. The room had been smoled in and a cleaning agent had been used to try to hide the ividencfe. Still had a smoke smell. Desk staff was not welcoming or cordial. The king bed was uncomfortable. However, the breakfast people were helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable! The only downside was the coffee pot didn’t work cause there was no pot to put in it.

We had to switch rooms 3 times to find a semi-clean room. The entire hotel just seemed to have a dirty feel. One of the rooms we were put into had dried blood on the light switch and blood stains on the comforter. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel as well. Very disappointed and would never stay there again. The staff was somewhat helpful and it didn't seem like it was completely there fault but the entire place was terrible.

Wouldn’t stay here again

I stayed here because it was rated well and had a pool. The indoor pool is completely drained and not functioning. The front desk clerks are nowhere to be found, and when found they lack in customer service. The first room given to us was propped open and in use !!!! This hotel also rents by the week and month, if that is an indication of anything. Would not stay here again. Extremely basic and shady.

Checking in was ok. Clerk was slow but nice enough. Was 15 minutes early and was told he wasn’t sure if room was ready or not. That was it… we left and came back. Came back from event at night and key card did not work. Night clerk mute. Didn’t speak and was curt. Pool didn’t have water in it. Breakfast was late. Came back and Not enough food for the 2 of us to eat. So many complaints but the room was clean.
