Everything was just fine until we were checking out. Then one of the staff came up and said it smelled like smoke in our room. We went out of our way to respect this property and didn't let the construction going on bother us or complain about anything. I spent $20 on a vape because of the no smoking in the room. We were insulted to say the least

The daytime staff were so nice and polite,funny and outgoing so it was very nice made you feel like waking up to family every mo rning and the laundry services was complimentory and thatvwas just fantastic the washer were clean and did not stink and dryer look3d and worked great, the first ive enjoyed doi g laundry in years at a laundry facility, besides home....Loved it.. There was a smell in the lobby. The bathroom had mold growing. When we told the staff, they said they were trying to scrape it off. The thermostat read 60 degrees as the lowest setting but it was hot in the room. The staff were friendly enough, but the quality of the room was not good.

I was not able to stay at the facility. I prepaid for the night and told the the hotel that there would be no occupancy. I was told to call back and speak to manager . When I called back I was told to call the next morning (7am) to speak to a manager. He said that it was too late to refund due to calling the next day. I am still owed 110.00
