Bummer Stay!

The people of the hotel were almost phenomenal. However, the hotel floor was gross (candy was under the bed, desk area, and the bathroom floor was also not very clean. The hotel also had no water or air conditioning for an extended period of time, and the credit that I was told would be placed onto my account was not. I am very disappointed in that. Spending $ 1,000 for three days suggests that one should expect water, air conditioning, and members to do what they say they will do. Lastly, as a Hilton Honors member who trusts a brand to do what they say, I am very disappointed.

The only complaint I would have is that it is very noisy in the middle of the night if you have a corner room. The traffic is right below you and it’s bad all hours of the night. No fault of the hotel.

Our bathroom sink didn't drain and we had to use a pen. No coffee available. Gal at desk at checkout was not knowledgeable about the area restaurants. Employees just hanging around.

small room, restaurant downstairs was ridiculously priced and no bartender on the evening of June 30th, approx. 5:30 pm. The waiter could barely speak english, told us there was only 3 shrimp on the $18 appetizer. We got up and left. Shady homeless people hanging around the front door made my wife nervous. $40 for overnight parking! Really? won't stay here again.
