The building was beautiful but the hotel was not what we expected. Parking was not provided. Our room was clean but the hotel elevator smelled like weed as well as our bathroom, we left the door open to air it out. The mechanical systems running through the room were loud, we could hear toilets flushing upstairs and the AC in the room was loud clicking and humming all night. Over all our room that was advertised at the rate of $156 cost around $350 with parking and breakfast.

Weekend in STL

The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous. Nice and clean. I requested extra blankets and they arrived quickly. My only complaint… the hotel doesn’t have Diet Coke. I ordered French toast for room service. The food wasn’t great. It was too trendy for me. Just plain ole French toast with butter and syrup would have been great. We were able to walk to everything and didn’t even need our car. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in was awkward. I did the digital check in and selected parking but still needed to go in to the desk to do the standard check in. Did all that only for the rep not to add parking to my stay so I had to make a second trip to the desk for a parking pass. Another thing I found surprising is when I asked if they had check-in cookies, the rep laughed as if she’d never heard of such and that I was asking a silly question. I thought her response was rude. I also found the parking inconvenient. It’s in a garage across the street that is not connected to the hotel so I had to walk in the rain to get back and forth to my car. It was also super inconvenient to keep up with a small paper parking pass in order to get in and out of the garage in the rain. It would’ve been more convenient if the parking was also digital like the room key. Lastly the room temperature was miserable. When I arrived it was warm and the thermostat showed 78. I attempted to set it to 68. It got a little bit cooler but not much. When I slept through the night I thought I was having a hot flash until I looked at the thermostat and it read 80! Again I tried turning the ac down to 62. I think the lowest it got was 73. I will not be returning to this property. The look and location are nice but the details were lacking. There were other issues as well that the staff resolved.

We requested a room with a view of the Arch. The accommodation was made easily and we had a partial view. The room, King bed, was appropriatly furnished with excellent amenities. The staff from the front desk to the valet were all excellent. They went above and beyond on every request made of them.

Convenient to the Arch and Federal Reserve Bank. Rooms are dated. HVAC extremely noisy: I changed rooms and still was woken by the AC at night. Good water pressure in shower. Nice lobby bar for a drink.

I stayed here October 4-5 my card was twice for the same room. And it immediately came up my phone as a alert, I spoke with the front desk clerk and she stated that wasn't the case until I show her my alert on the phone and spoke with Manager Ryan this morning I was charged 633.00 for room that shouldn't cost 318.00 explain?? Which resulted in my acct overdrafts with fee.

Centrally located for site seeing. Grabbed shared rides to the trolley and the river cruise, though they may have been walkable. Sadly, the Arch was closed. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Anjas for working so many meals during my stay. He was a friendly constant during my stay.
