Staff was pleasant, but quality of hotel has degraded since I last stayed here 6 years ago. Upon check-in, we were told the stove was broken so there would be no hot breakfast the first morning, but it would be fixed for the remaining two days of our stay. Unfortunately, they never got it fixed during our stay. The room was clean except for the shower floor which needed a good scrubbing with Clorox. Also, the walls/ceilings could use more insulation. The guest above us was pacing all night and the guest next door was snoring. We could hear it all.

The hotel was great. This is the second time we stayed there. Good complimentary breakfast options. The only complaint is the drain smelled awful in the shower. They sent someone up to dump something in the drain, which did help. Other than that it was great! Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent!

This will be our new go-to stop on our drive from Texas to Wisconsin. All the staff was super professional and friendly. The water pressure was amazing! The hotel was really clean and kept up. The breakfast had the most choices weve seen for a Holiday Inn and hot. Everything was great for our family of 5. (The bonus was scoring some deals in the Cracker Barrel store right across the parking lot in their Christmas Sale.) We'll be back.

I stayed there roughly 8 days and in that time I think they cleaned the room, made the bed and refreshed towels, toilet paper and trash cans 3 times. The other days I had to call for towels and toilet paper. Then when I brought it up to the day manager I got attitude from her and the cleaning staff manager standing nearby.
