Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. The open living area with comfortable seating leads out to the outdoor balcony with spectacular ocean views. Both bathrooms have new double bowl vanities with granite tops. There simply is no better place to watch Florida's dolphins and pelicans play and see unbeatable sunsets at the end of the day.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and large television. The large, second guestroom contains two queen beds with attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom has one queen bed making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi is also included as well as a washer and dryer. This unit does have 2 assigned parking spots.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.
