Room was nice but we were really far away from the lobby snd restaurant, the door woukdnt open to patio . They were training new security how ti get in the room with the bar lock on at 11pm snd the metal banging went on till well after midnight right next door.the bar shoyld of been open at the other pool during the week and you shouldnt have to pay 100 dollars for beach chairs at a resort,i dont thonk we would stay again. The elevators had the same spill all week!

The “resort” is in the midst of being renovated. Do not stay in the old bldgs - it was horrible. Half of the electrical outlets did not work - some even sparked when we tried to use. The iron didn’t work, the ironing board had a broken leg, the bathroom floor was buckling and they didn’t tell us that the phones didn’t work for our entire bldg. also, our balcony was filthy and the cement was crumbling underneath. It should be a crime to charge over $300 for such a crappy room. We used to love the Sirata - but we won’t be back. Management didn’t care about our concerns. This was like a motel 6 - not a Hilton property.

The couch had stains and two big rips in it and the bathroom had a hole in the wall and mold in shower don’t stay In building 4 not even worth what I payed for two rooms for 7 days

Rooms are very old -smelled musty- both rooms in building 3 had no hot water in shower and no curtain for shower -I was moved to building 4 -Mark at the desk was very helpful -room was a big improvement with hot water and great pressure - furniture in sitting area was torn Rum Runners restaurant was amazing

I feel like I was totally ripped off. The beach view we had was actually a view of the construction that was going on at the hotel. There was one bar, one restaurant on site. We weren't informed of the construction before hand. Not sure what the resort fee was all about. There wasn't much that was " resorty" They added on $100.00 for room service when we checked in. We never used room service and I have yet to be refunded. I won't be back. The beach was beautiful though.

Great Hotel! The rooms with a balcony and oceanview is a must! However, I wasn’t happy with the bathroom. The shower head was dirty and needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel. Our room appeared as advertised. Amazing views of the beach access was walkable!!!!

Older hotel, remodeling being done, our room was outdated but great view of beach & GOA. Toilet constantly needed plunged, no face or hand towels, receptacle in kitchen did not work, no microwave no coffee machine to plug into. $40dollar resort fee plus $25dollar for self parking. Very Disappointed average night $280 Very Overpriced!

Pretty run down

It has been some time since we stayed at the Sirata after going every year for years. We understand that it is being divided between two hotel chains and undergoing renovation. Our room was in the un-renovated section and in fairly poor condition. If you go, make sure you are in the renovated part, although we never saw those rooms to vouch for them. I am not sure we would ever stay there again.

Nice location, great beach, very clean rooms, will be really nice after all the renovation is complete. Just a lot of building work being done and the room we were in was dated so it is understandable that the hotel is being renovated. Sirata should disclose that the hotel is under renovation.
