Just terrible no customer service we wait for the room until 6:30 The lady in the front she kept telling us they have many room who they cannot be rent it because it’s something break in each room So it’s very hard for them to switch the rooms and clean on between clients. The sink in bathroom was barely working , the whole toilet was moving. Nothing update. The light on the nightstand was full of rust. No breakfast just a cereal bars My friend she get the same issue. They check her in . She get in her room and there was still people in the room. Very, very unprofessional terrible.

I made reservation very last minute but I called before and after making this reservation to make sure there was no problem when I got to the hotel the lady said they had nothing available. I told her I had a baby in the car and explained how many times I called how was that even posible after giving me the response it’s not our fault it’s the people who answer the phone “they over book us” she finally found a room which was accessible which I didn’t mind imagine 11 pm what else could I find. The room was okay but no lights would turn on. No crib for the baby which I asked for before arriving and also notified that I was checking in late. Never staying in that brand again.
