My visit was very disappointing. I had called to confirm check in which is supposedly at 3pm. We were told by the front desk our room was not ready and would not be ready for 3pm arrival. I called at 2:40pm. Considering I was in town for a wake. We went ahead to the wake without further delay. We get to the facility to be told our reservation was no longer since the "system" overbooked. I was extremely upset. Condidering it was a long emotional and tiring day. I explained I had paid for a double queen room and was advised earlier was not cleaned and would not be ready for check in now your telling me I have no room because it was over booked. We were also told the room that was supposed to be our room 424..was still not cleaned at 10:30 in the evening. Regardless the front desk sympathetic did offer us 2 rooms with a full bed. We took it because we were tired and we had no where else to go. Well one room was roach infested and the other had a smell omg..we bared it. Again we are here for a funeral everywhere else was booked. Next night another staff member Sabrina not a pleasant individual. Rude to say the least. Would have made no sense to ask her anything with her unpleasant attitude. Oh let's not forget the wifi not working at all for us. Once we checked out today I ask to speak to a manager but of course no manager! Then come to find out the rooms we were in were not supposed booked and the roach infested room was in their books to get an exterminator since the 28th.
