Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. Most importantly, it was warm--even with the heat down to 62F I was very comfortable. Floors were warm, too. The Wi-Fi was strange for my iPhone: I had to first turn on cellular, then connect to Wi-Fi, then I could disconnect cellular. The front desk tried sincerely to help but I had to figure it out. And yet, on my computer, Wi-Fi just worked.

I had a good front desk staff - she was forced to stay in due to snow storm. I extended stay for a night due to the storm - got to meet another staff who is completely different in the worst way. Hotel is service business, what you have for customer contact is important.
