Featuring your own private entrance to a sunny living room with an L shape sectional, cozy gas fireplace, TV with Sonos Play Base and sliding doors to a patio with grill. The kitchen, complete with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar is spacious enough for multiple chefs to create gourmet meals. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bath and a set of sliding doors that open up to views of Mt Werner and the Steamboat ski area. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a desk allowing you to remote work (if needed) while facing the same spectacular ski area view with the second bathroom just across the hall. The full size stackable washer and dryer, outdoor grill, plus a 1 car garage add to the desirability of this property, along with access to TWO hot tubs, playground and free city bus services. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
