Country farmhouse, located in a quiet/rural setting on the banks of Crooked Creek. Kick back and relax in the MO Ozarks. Nicely decorated bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and large living room with new flooring throughout, smart tv, free wifi. Charcoal BBQ and outdoor fire pit. This charming home is the perfect getaway for lounging on our private, clear flowing creek or just sit around the fire pit and bbq. Nearby Peaceful Bend Winery offers wines/menu.

I had been a guest here for a girls weekend and had really enjoyed myself. I spoke so highly of this beautiful place that my husband wanted to see it for himself so we spent a long weekend here celebrating our anniversary and my husband enjoyed it so much that he’s already planning our next trip to the Crooked Creek Ranch! We loved that the creek was so close and spent quite a bit of time sitting by the creek enjoying nature. The property is beautiful and the house is very comfortable. Stephanie is so great to work with and we enjoyed visiting with her and her husband. This place is a gem!

Always a GREAT time

We have stayed here before and were excited to come back. My kids love the farm animals and we love being tucked away on the farm. Communication with Stephanie is always easy. I love that there is a washer and dryer so that I can bring clean clothes home from vacation. We recommend this farm house.

Awesome stay

This location was right where we wanted to be. Mother Nature created an event that was far beyond their control but they made accomadations well beyond our expectations. Itvwas good to see a family come together in a time need. Will definitely be booking here again.

Such a relaxing and enjoyable stay

This property is great for families. Stephanie was so accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. The farm has animals that my kids could feed and take care of. The property is right on the river and we enjoyed swimming and exploring without driving anywhere. The kitchen had all we needed to cook all our meals. This is a great find and we enjoyed our vacation. Highly recommend Stephanie and this property.

Wonderful!

This place surpassed our expectations! The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The property was amazing. Sitting on the porch and hearing the water moving in the creek was so very relaxing. The owners were so helpful and we really enjoyed visiting with them when they stopped by to milk their cow. The weather wasn’t ideal but it did not interfere with the experience. Would definitely like to book again.

Nice country setting

It was pretty easy to find. The cabin was clean and nice upon arrival. Everything was in good shape and decorated nice. The bathroom seemed newly remodeled and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the creek and gravel bar, we were suprised how clean the gravel bar was (i pick up pices of broken glass and toss in a jar at home sort of like collecting sea shells) not a pice of glass was found and no trash at all. The water was very clear and the kids and i chased minnows, tatpoles and crawdads. We had a great time playing cornhole and sitting by the fire pit in the evening. Tgis was my first experience with vrbo and i think it was a great sucess. We will be doing trips like this more often.

Beautiful country setting

This was a beautiful country setting with chickens and horses. Reminded me of growing up on the farm. Took a walk down to the creek where the wife found several rocks. Not much phone reception but it didn't bother us one bit. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Relaxing and peaceful

We really enjoyed our experience! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, look no further than this quaint, little spot. Crooked Creek Resort had everything we needed and was in a great location, not too far from town and several local spots to get wet and soak up some sunshine. Hosts were very friendly, and all of their furry and feathery friends were fun too! Will stay again! Highly recommend!

Relaxing house in the country

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s house. She had all the essentials well stocked for us to use. It was clean and the property is quiet and relaxing. It was only a 15 minute drive to Adventure Outdoors, where we put in to float. We’d definitely stay there again in the future.

Fun little getaway

Great place to relax, and unwind. Horses greet you when you arrive. For a nice short stroll, head to the cool creek. Pretty sure it’s spring fed. It was around 100 degrees when we were there and the cool water felt so lovely! The nice house had everything we needed. Everyone wants to go back again. Me included. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Best country getaway on VRBO

Clean, private, and amazing fun! From the creek to the pasture, this home is one of a kind. Far enough out of town to really enjoy the peacefulness, but still close enough to have modern amenities. Great hosts with a wonderful property. Book soon!
