The room had cracked seams in the dry wall and the television did not work the first two nights of my stay. I had the front desk person check my television and he said I would have to move to a different room.

When I arrived I stood at the reception desk for 15 minutes waiting. I finally called the hotel local number to tell them I was waiting. Once I got to my room unpacked, showered and got into bed, I found my bed wet at the foot of the bed. I assume the cleaning staff left wet cleaning rags on the bed since it messed like windex. Front staff gave me keys to room 219. Once I was settled again I realized the toilet was running. I told the staff the next morning that every 8 mins the toilet would try to refill. The next night same thing, reported to staff again. I came back to my room again to find cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom but did not make my bed or take out the trash in the bedroom. The toilet is still not fixed just FYI! Considering this is slow time for this hotel I find the service subpar!

The property was clean yet unfortunately the pool and hot tub wasn’t usable. The breakfast was good and kept full and the staff was very helpful. There was a parking fee yet understandable since it’s a college town.

The motel and rooms are showing age signs that need to be updated. Some better detail to cleanliness is needed. Floors were not as clean as they could be. Edges in the bathroom were dirty. The staff in the breakfast dining area all were very efficient and polite. The desk clerk at check in and through our stay was so nice and personable. Her name was Chaska. She really went beyond expectations to make us feel welcomed.
