toilet overflowed. no one on site to fix it immediately. we left for the day. when we returned 7 hours later the toilet was fixed but the bathroom had not been cleaned!!! the phone had a flashing red light that could not be turned off. apparently that had been a problem for some days. with large numbers of people staying both nights the kitchen staff had trouble keeping the various food available for those having breakfast. i will not stay here again.

We get it, while the options are limited around Lassen National Park, the price tag is high for the value you get. The breakfast let's be honest is just bad. Somewhere else this would be a $100/night hotel not 2.5 times that. Other than that, it was an OK property for a 2 day visit to the park.
