It’s not located in the thick of touristy area, yet only a hop and a skip away. Customer service at check in was extraordinary (I had none of my toiletries and they supplied me with all). The girl that took care of me was friendly, warm, helpful, and efficient. To experience this combination is a rarity in Sydney. The restaurant was the same with the food reasonably priced and good. The room was impeccable. Had a little fridge, iron, hair dryer, cutlery, etc. Not much of a view but I was there to rest. I have been in other Ibis around the world and all were okay but this one turned me into a fan. Good value for the money for sure.

Good location, breakfast was good. Room and bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. Bathroom stank and there was old urine baked onto the loo seat. Hand wash and body wash was not topped up and I don’t think the bathroom floor has ever been washed.
