Good hotel minutes from darling harbour

Staff friendly, wont able to accommodate all requests, pool area was great but is much smaller than it looks. Close to darling harbour not direct views. Door slamming was quite frequent but nothing hotel can do unless change doors. Good size bedroom, shower only in bathroom. Furniture in wardrobe looked little dated in my room. Bed comfortable. Happy hours were good.

A faultless stay & perfectly located.

From start to finish, i could not fault anything. The location is great, central to everything & easy to get around. Staff were super friendly, efficient & helpful and the rooms were lovely, spacious, clean, well appointed and felt homely - and the shower was great! The rooftop bar was great (although very quite on a Wednesday night) with a goood selection of drinks & some tasty bar food. Highly recommended & will likely be staying here again when next in Sydney on business.

Okay but wouldn’t be first choice

It was a fine stay. I was disappointed with the food options and timings for mealtimes. We had a room with automatic door which did not close on its own, so often left open when the housekeeping left, though a manager did try to resolve this by giving us a drinks voucher though that was very limited to happy hour choices. I would not stay again.

Location was very good and overall did enjoy our stay. There were a couple of times I had dirty cups in my room and also didn't like that the beds were 2 singles put together, I ended up sliding down the middle every night!

Close to ICC Sydney Theatre Darling Harbour, quiet area, staff were fantastic. We had a blocked toilet, so they upgraded us to another room. No problems. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney.

Great location, close to darling harbour

Great location to darling harbour, Chinatown and the trams to circular quay. It’s unfortunate that the street the hotel is on has a lot of empty units and looks rundown, however as soon as you step into the reception you forget at what’s outside. The only issue I had was why the bedroom does not have a mirror where the plug socket is, the only mirror was in the entrance and bathroom and no plug sockets!!! How can you style your hair without a mirror? Please get this sorted

The rooms were better than expected and well priced. Additiolan extras like the cocktails and tasting platter on arrival at the rooftop Above 319 bar was well worth it and the cocktails were DELICIOUS. Highly recommended

Upon arrival in Sydney, I was moved to an apartment I didn’t pay for and which disrupted my travel plans - I wasn’t able to get dinner or eat after an 8 hour flight. I asked for a refund or even some sort of compensation and they rejected it as they said they provided me with a hotel even though that’s not what I paid for. Disappointing to say the least

Easy access to Darlington Harbour hotel area and the rest of the city. The rooms were really quiet and the beds were comfy. Staff are super friendly and if you have food at the restaurant, it was tasty! I'd happily stay again.
