Staff was awkward at check in, room was dirty and had old can of dog food in the fridge. Bed was a place to put your head but that’s it. No thermostat control in the room. Would choose something else over this anytime.

The room was so rundown and dirty. Mold in the shower. Never cleaned under the sink. It smelled funky. The smallest TV if seen in a hotel since the 80s. Out of parking every night. I cannot believe this is an IHG property.

Did not work in our room area. Light shuts off in the bathroom. Even went in the shower. Dirty rug front desk not helpful. Since the phone did not work we could not get a wake up call and we're told someone would knock on our door but they did not.

Where do I begin. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Someone had wrapped a towel around the smoke detector in our room, I went to call the front desk & the phone didn’t work so went right back downstairs with a picture, they didn’t care and said it was like that in several rooms.. no sooner did I return to my room where my husband had just been walked in on by 2 other guests who were given the same room and room keys, almost immediately following our check in. Then the shuttle in the morning was okay, except they overbooked it so there wasn’t enough seats for the people they’d given the time slot for. I stay in both the candle wood suites on Fort Drum constantly and they are beautiful, what a shame this one is a dive. We won’t be back.
