The room was under construction. It was 1/2 way done. Very nice for future. It was fine for what I needed. I arrived late and left early. Warm room. Close to airport.

Had to wait for the front desk staff to show up to check in. The toilet wasn’t attached securely so every time anyone sat on it it would mae a racket, waking people up. There was a lot of noise outside the room making it difficult to sleep. The whole place was under construction with plastic lining all the rugs on the 4th floor.

Hotel being renovated room ac/heater made so much noise we couldn’t use it no hot water and the shower doors let water escape everywhere! Also told we had to bring all dirty towels to the front desk when leaving! Overall it was a crap stay! Would never stay there again

I hate that I have to give it a low rating bc the staff was amazingly friendly. However the facility itself was in very poor condition. The shower wasn't draining. I spotted some roaches. The walls had mold and poorly patched holes. The doors closed very loudly and the hotel is by a construction truck facility

Hotel is understaffed and things just take longer than is necessary. Van service to airport is marginal and vehicle too small. We had to get an UBER on our own. Room was clean and acceptable but many people seem to be living full time in hotel which is a bit unusual.

I called for 20min the number I was given to get the shuttle to pick my family up and when the phone was finally answered the man was not pleasant at all. The room smells musty and is very outdated. Was charged 10.00 a day to park and had an extra day on and had to call yet again to get that fixed. Front office staff was not overly friendly. I have stayed a couple years ago and after this trip I will not be back.
