The only down fall here was the front doors were not handicap accessible. If you were alone, it would be a struggle to get in. Other than that the property was clean the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.

Ok, but not great.

Most things were fine. But the door to my room "stuck" so I had to lean hard into it to get it to open. Also only one light worked in the bathroom; the switch for the light/fan did not work at all. The biggest problem was the TV control. It did not work in a way that actually allowed me to pick what I wanted to watch.

This has to be one of the worst hotels in syexcuse.I booked for an accessible room.And when I went to Check-in, they wouldn't give it to me until the next day.Which is bad because I had a stroke and I needed the accessible room not accommodating at all.treated more like a criminal than a guest

Worst stay ever

When checking in the front desk people ( 3 of them) took off leaving about 10 people on line ready to check in. We all waited for over 20 minutes for someone to come, Making us late for our scheduled event. We got yelled at during breakfast for not correctly turning the waffle maker. He was very rude. The bathrooms etc were terrible, We have stayed at this location multiple times and this time it was terrible. The amount of homeless individuals approaching guests were alarming and the amount of garbage strewn on the property was awful.

We got there late and right away there was an odor. The shower curtain had mold. The conditions were awful with cracks in the walls and exposed pipes. Many surface had grease on it including the remote. We left and didn’t stay and will be refusing the charge to visa. Avoid this dump.
