The staff were very lovely to deal with, I had hurt myself offsite and needed a room closer to the elevator and they accommodated me immediately and I was very thankful for that! I would definitely stay again!

Hugely disappointed in the reservation process thru Expedia. I was unaware that while making my reservation the dates I needed were overwritten by Expedia and as such I did not have the needed reservation when I arrived. HOWEVER...the staff worked with us, cancelled the reservation made thru Expedia and then made a room available to us. The only downside was there was only 1 room available which made our stay there inconvenient for 3 adults as those pull out sofas have lousy mattresses, not at all comfortable for anyone except maybe a 3 yr old!!! Many thanks to the staff at Comfort Inn for their kindness.

Good area. I liked the cleanliness and the easy access to the interstate. Breakfast was good. Hard to figure out the TV. Never did get to watch anything.

The room was clean, the front desk was pleasant and approachable. The constant doors slamming up and down the hallway echoed nearly all night in the room. The air handler either blew ice cold or blazing warm - it was difficult to find a comfortable medium - and it had unpleasant smell. Parking was limited due to capacity.

Can’t wait to return!

I was a little nervous because of the price … the low cost had me questioning the quality but I was so pleasantly surprised! Service was exceptional! We were there three days, two nights so staff changed several times but every single person was professional, personable, and a joy to talk to. Our room was very nice, clearly upgraded bathrooms, and the beds were like clouds! Those pillows!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was delicious! It included waffles (make your own in the waffle maker), scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, home fries, assorted bagels and breads, cereal, yogurts, and fruits. If you don’t like any of that, you are surrounded by fast food places and not a long drive from downtown Syracuse. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
