Front desk courteous. All staff was friendly but hard to find anyone other than front desk personnel. “Free” breakfast was almost inedible. On Friday at 0830 all was food except “omelettes” were gone and not replenished. The omelette was a scrambled egg with a half melted slice of cheese. Bagels were difficult to cut and toaster ate the bagel. Each slice had to be pulled out from back if the machine. No fruit or anything other than almond milk for cereal. Instant oatmeal requires hot water not the lukewarm water available for tea. Saturday was not much better at 0800 with eggs sitting in water and undercooked sausage links. Eggo waffles were brought out and were cold. Neither breakfast was the way to start a day. Room was clean, but the cordless phone handset didn’t work. When returning to Tallahassee, we’ll probably find an alternative to the Hyatt. Definitely not worth the money.
