The location is great. The rooms are a good size. The guy that checked us in was super helpful and very friendly. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant. But, some of the features in the room were outdated. The shower, in particular, was very lack luster. There were some rough edges around the room - particle board on the night stand wearing away, cracked tiles in the bathroom floor, stuff like that.

Room was in the back of the hotel, so was dark, there’s a window but is blocked by the wall of the hotel room on the other corner. We only stayed for 1 night. Lights in the room were able to provide sufficient lighting. Not what I have in mind. Definitely not as good as the other sister hotel we stayed in New Orleans just prior.

I think this hotel needs some updating. Wallpaper was peeling off some areas around the hotel. I felt like the hotel had seem too many guests over time. I was a quiet stay, which was nice.

First let me say the hotel staff was excellent. The room was vlean and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was as large as it was and the kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Another thing we liked was that the resturant Outback, believe that was the name, was across the parking lot so we didn't have to drive anywhere to grab food after a long drive in. Where I was disappointed. I took off one star because the water in the shower only got warm. It was weird because the water in the sinks got hot but not the shower water which is where I needed it the most. If we were staying more than the one night I would have changed rooms but we were off to Biloxi in the morning. Breakfast was the normal free breakfast, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, bagels, etc. So all in all I would definitely stay there again but I would check the water in the shower first, LOL.

Room charges for a bed tax were the bill daily however, they do t even make the bed everyday. Pool wasn’t functional our entire stay. Coffee was cold in the lobby coffee bar. Front desk staff were very nice but overall I wouldn’t stay again for that price.
