Breakfast was not good at all with limited items and the items that wer available were not good. Hotel rooms were dirty and run down with bugs. Next door the guy kept coming out of the room to smoke and all the smell was coming into our room. Very loud outside and no parking because of the restaurant/night club out front. Parking should be for hotel guest only.

The place is under staff. the front desk was holding down the fort doing his best checking everyone in and handling any issues. When I checked in the room there was no Internet called to notify the hotel and they told me that I had a call customer service to reinstate the Internet in the hotel which I think that’s unacceptable. That’s something that’s supposed to be already available. The place was clean, but the staff is so understaffed that leaves all the visitors to do the hotel’s work. I shouldn’t have to call no customer service to handle the hotels Internet.

This property was good for the price. While the rooms were a bit dated, it was clean and appeared well maintained. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was awful with hard bagels... all 5 days. My remote didnt work at first. Took 3 men to figure out how to make one work. Ran out of towels . No towels for pool area . Overall very disappointed

Room and area smelled like sewer so we were moved to a different room. Staff was helpful however they did not enforce any type of quiet hour and people were up partying around the pool until 4:30 in the morning. Every night.

Would get perfect score, but this does have a conference center. The night we checked in there was a huge party. Someone aid bridal shower that was playing soccer me good tunes, but loud. Luckily we checked in late (after midnight) so the party ended shortly after that.
