I encountered some issues during my recent stay, as I found insects and animal hair on my sheets and headboard. While the room itself appeared very clean, I suspect that the linens may not have been replaced. The manager has assured me that a refund is in process, but I am still awaiting confirmation. This occurred last weekend. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
