The first night of our stay we were given a room with a broken shower head and no hot water. We were told that there were no other rooms available but they would put a work requestin for the next morning. The next morning we checked on the request to find there were other rooms avaliable. Portia was so helpful in getting us a other room that had hot water. She made our stay great.

The room was perfect! The beds were amazing! The staff was outstanding!! Miss Lizzie checked me in and we laughed and had a great time!! So pleasant! A beautiful soul...The breakfast offerings were perfect; try the pancake maker for sure!!! This hotel is still under renovation but you would never know it. Quiet, clean and a perfect stay!! Right across the street from the Ice Arena which means I'll be backkkkkkkkkkkk!! With pleasure. Thank you for an excellent stay!!!

Great location, safe and just minutes away from highways. Hallways, rooms were really clean. Staff and service were very good, complimentary breakfast was okay. Not many good options, but there were some cold and hot breakfast options. One concern is that the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust, so it gets really humid when you are showering.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. The only issue we kept running into was the key cards would stop working if they came into contact with with another type of credit card. We had to recode them 3 times. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good too.

Hotel is under renovation so entrance and hallway are uninviting, filthy carpet in hallway, but I guess this will all be remedied soon, Rooms were however clean. Bed is way too high from the floor, difficult for even an adult to get up and on and would be worse for a child or the elderly. Still comfortable though. Breakfast is monotonous especially if staying more than a day. Workers use unhygienic practices to replenish food in hot food pans. Using gloves to open the chafers where everyone touches and using same gloves hand to touch the food to replenish. Need for tongs or change out pans. Overall, conveniently located to shopping and highways.

The hotel was nice and was in the perfect location between multiple shopping centers. The staff was welcoming and personable, which definitely helped the rating. Breakfast was like any other typical breakfast you find at a hotel. The entire room was clean and did not have any unpleasant smells. For being on the first floor near the entrance it was really quiet and peaceful. If you like high pressure showers, they have them. The part that made my stay less enjoyable was the beds. The beds were super hard and felt like I was lying on a table. If that works for you, then you’ll have a great stay. Due to the bed being hard I didn’t get much sleep and didn’t wake up refreshed like I have at other hotels.
