Staff were friendly and helpful. Stairwell had a strong chemical odor. The chair in our room needed to be cleaned, and the room seemed a bit tired. Sheets were nice, and we slept comfortably. Breakfast offerings were minimal, but reasonable for that price point.

The floors in our room were very dirty, especially the bathroom. I used a bath towel to clean it. They only clean your room every 4 days. Our bedding needed to be changed and our trash sat full. We had to take our towels to the front desk for clean ones.

On the way to cruise Port

Lady was very pleasant when checking in, excellent. Roomwas very good however hot water availability was an issue. Just warm enough to or a rinse , it was better in the morning. Not your issue really but a very loud TV was on all night. Far enough away to be OK but still a nuisance. Breakfast adequate but more than just vanilla yogurt would have been nice. Overall.. thanks.

Everything was great other than the amount of dust behind the tables and housekeeping banging in door at 9am. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was clean for the most part.

It wasn’t worth the cost! The elevator was being serviced! My air conditioner sounded like there were construction people working outside my window at 4 am, I had to turn it off! I asked for a late check out , a whole hour, at 12 and the lady behind the desk rolled her eyes!
