We loved the location and the Hotel was “so so”. When we checked in we were exhausted from traveling, first we noticed hair all over the floor in the bathroom, I cleaned it up and let it go. Every night we were there the people upstairs jumped up & down on the floor for hours, starting at 4am. I tried to call the front desk & it is unmanned until late morning… so I sent them a message. We checked out this morning and they still have not responded

The hotel and staff were so friendly and accommodating. It is so pet friendly even my dog LOVED it here! He played with other dogs in the field beside the hotel, while we drank a few yummy margaritas at the bar with outdoor seating. This was really appreciated because we had been doing a very long road trip from Cabo to Canada and our dog was also travel weary. The beds were super comfortable and it was just minutes from Orvis Hot Springs which we were also able to enjoy before we hit the road again. I would definitely stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to be back in the area.

Ok place. Not great experience

When we arrived, we were told we could not have a room with 2 Queen. Beds, then we would have to have 2 separate rooms with 2 separate floors. Because they didn't have any rooms available or we could take a refund or they could get us scheduled for a different day. We were there for a tournament for our sons lacrosse And can't just change that and take a different day. Ultimately, we took the 2 rooms on 2 different floors, even though we weren't happy about it. And then went into the first room and the cabinet had fallen onto the toilet.

This is a quaint motel. It is an older property that has been renovated. They did take cost saving measures, which is fine, not anything major. It's not a downtown Denver fancy hotel. It is clean, I felt safe and it served my purposes for one night. They did have to shut down food ordering in the restaurant around 7 due to being short staffed. The town is very small with no fast food and I didn't feel like going to a different restaurant. Luckily I wasn't that hungry and did have snacks. The staff were very nice and they had my reservation paperwork already printed out and my keys ready when I arrived and that went very smoothly.
