The employees were all very nice and professional. I only rated the food itself not quite delicious. I appreciated the alternatives to Pork products since I dont eat pork. I think yall could use a second toaster when it's crowded during the holidays. I also wish there were more sugar-free or low-sugar options

We had a problem with the room key and it did open 3 times we had to go back to get another key. Then we had to change the room. A little frustrating.

The bathroom cleanliness was subpar as we found dirty floors and a leaky tub faucet. The more disappointing thing was that the pictures used to advertise the room were not accurate. While the hotel is undergoing renovations, they posted what the rooms will look like, but this is not what you will get! Beware. It’s a step back into the late 80s/90s and smells strange as well. If you can go elsewhere, do yourself a favor.

All the lights in the parking lot were not working when I mentioned it to the staff that it was dangerous they told me “ yeah the manager knows” Also the parking lot smell like unrine.

We stayed here because it was fairly close to the park for commissioners cup. Breakfast was excellent…cheese omelets, seasoned potatoes, sausage, warm cinnamon rolls, and a pancake machine that was super cool, plus all the continental stuff, as well. The one drawback was the pool wasn’t heated and was colder than the ocean is right now. Totally unswimmable. Pretty crazy. Jacuzzi was nice, though. The bed was a little hard, but probably just because I’m used to a softer bed. It wasn’t too bad. Overall good stay and I would stay again.

The room was nice and breakfast was decent. I was disappointed I couldn’t get Netflix on the TV. I know, silly. But really I wanted to watch stranger things. The staff was great. I don’t remember the name of the girl that checked us in but she was amazing!
