Pool is out of order. Wifi doesnt work. Found pill under beds. Found used dog chew toy under bed. Sink and bathtub water takes forever to drain. Sheets dirty. Heat/air-conditioning dirty.

Old building. Loose water faucet no trash can liners, only two cups for drinking in the room. The hand sized soaps were so old and hard they did not lather. All the front desks person was concerned with was how I would pay for a deposit. It was a cheap place so I should have known it would have cheap help.

Please listen to me, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I am a cheap travel person, I’ve stayed at more than a dozen hotels. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. First off the lady at the desk knew three words, not trying to be rude but I couldn’t even talk to her about anything going on. Once you get pass the lobby It stinks, generally smells of musk and funk. The fan came on but The A/C doesn’t work which is awful because the WHOLE building is so hot, like, sticky air hot. Not to mention the vibes it’s self made me scared to sleep there. I Constantly felt my skin crawling and where as I didn’t see any bugs it wouldn’t have surprised me. It was not clean at all the pillow cases and sheet had dark stains and red stains, we actually did not use two of the pillows and took one of the sheets off the bed. The doors had large what I hope was dirt marks. The floors obviously hadn’t been swept in a few days. Restroom was gross. Walls had markings, there was literally so much. The weirdest thing was the elevator had a motion detector smell release thing TAPPED to the wall. I have low standards, I can’t believe I didn’t leave honestly I should have taken the loss on my money. Absolutely ZERO out of five.

Property is run down and surrounded by sketchy hotels. Hot water did not work in room 210 to the clerk, and she said that they had no reports of problems with hot water. She neglected to even check.

I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. It wasn’t anything fancy but it was a place to stay for a few nights. The other day I received a creepy phone call, addressing me by my real name (which I never introduce myself as) from a number from Texarkana. I have not given my number to anyone from here so I know it was this establishment. With this being said I will never be staying here again because of this weirdness. I don’t know the name of the man who creepily called me but you should be ashamed of yourself as this is so unprofessional and frankly very scary.

Not up to the mark

The room was damp smelly and when asked for extra towel the front office gave a 2 mins lecture. The breakfast is typical bread and butter nothing much fascinating.

Cons: The parking lot wasn't in great repair. Our room was infested with fruit flies. The bed was firm/hard. The complimentary breakfast didn't have any meat/egg options and was bland. It was very disappointing. It caused us to have to find breakfast elsewhere which added an unexpected expense to our trip. The microwave in the room looked like it was over 30 years old. The pool was outside and in full sun. It didn't feel accessible and with 80-90+ degree temps with high humidity, it was ripe for sunburns to happen as no shade was apparent. Pros: A/C worked great. Room was clean until the fruit flies arrived. It is a clear case of you get what you pay for.

The first room we were checked into had a huge cockroach on the bed as soon as we walked in. We walked right back out. The front desk lady was super nice amd accommodating. Checked us into a different room. The 2nd room had empty shampoo/conditioner bottles. Thankfully i bring my own. The building itself is outdated and could use some work. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. So it was what it was

Old, dirty, and stinky!

They offered a check in online link but the hotel said they don’t know anything about it. So I wasted time checking in twice. The online reservation said check out is noon, but hotel says 11am. The whole place is old and falling apart. The room is dirty, no tub stop to give my kid a bath. The microwave looked clean until you looked inside at the top! The bathroom stinks and the room has a weird stinky odor.

Our stay was comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was nice. My only two issues were the pool didn’t have water in it yet. Also we didn’t need our room cleaned, but asked for clean towels. We were told by the front desk they were only available during a certain time frame in the morning. This was very disappointing since we needed clean washcloths and couldn’t get any.
