Double loss

The local hotel canceled my reservation after they hung up on my call asking to change the date. Since I called and was on hold and disconnected I decided to fulfill my reservation arrived at 12:50am to find my reservation cancelled. I was able to rebook at a higher rate outside hotels.com. Double loss you lost the booking and income and I paid a higher price by having to rebook locally.

Home away from home

Staff was great everyone was very very very nice, happy, funny loved them. My riom was great but we did find a sleeping mask behind one of the beds my kids be in everything thats an honest look over cause i know i dnt be moving those beds either unless i have to no problem we just trashed it. We enjoyed ourselfs thanks for everything.
