Phone system did not work, so I could not order room service. Staff charged me extra for a 3rd adult when it was a room with 2 beds and they refused to waive as a courtesy. I could have been upgraded to a suite which was at least 100-200 dollars more, but it was only 1 king bed so I refused. I had to ask if that upgrade was available though, a proper high scale hotel should offer this if they see I qualify. They still refused to waive the extra adult fee, which was dissapointing. The property is upscale and clean, stayed at the pool floor with a private jacuzzi, definitely a plus.

It’s a beautiful property with an amazing swimming pool! The breakfast was good! The hotel is located inside the plaza, where you'll find the Hospital restaurant and a hair salon.
