This wasn’t the greatest stay I’ve had. The room I was in the cable doesn’t work and it pixelates on just about every channel. The people in the next room were loud all times a night. The shower door didn’t close all the way. Upon checking into the room I noticed the chair in the room was broken and the tv remote didn’t have batteries in it. I did call the front desk and he brought me a brand new chair and batteries. The 2nd floor smelled heavily of marijuana. That is a turn off for people who don’t smoke. The 2nd floor has laundry, but no once machine so you have to either to the 1st or 3rd floor to get ice. That’s really inconvenient. I can’t speak to the breakfast because I didn’t eat it the entire 5 day stay. For the price paid, this stay was terrible. I’ve stayed here several times before because I travel for work, and it was never like this. Seems new management took over and it’s getting worse. Not to mention the $100 deposit, which, is wild considering the condition of the hotel. I probably would not stay here again if upgrades or changes aren’t made soon.

Was surprised at check in w/ an additional $100 deposit that will be removed in 7-10 business days. I give my card for incidentals all the time, but never a deposit. Bed was one of the hardest and loudest I've ever slept on. Room and hotel were clean, and surrounding area was nice, but didnt get a great sleep.

Declining Quality.

We have been coming to this location since 2020 or so on a very regular basis. It seems that the quality of care put into this location is declining. Maybe it’s under new management and if so, it’s lacking. This time checking in the person at the desk didn’t even greet me rather he stayed on the phone talking to whoever he was having the personal conversation with. My linen looked like it had already been slept in by the number of wrinkles in the both the sheets and bedspread. We asked for a late checkout (which is usually no problem) but this time was a flat out “no” then I was hung up on. Ok… Another time the front desk staff accused me of being here another time with someone other than my husband. That was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. We come here for the great prices and location but I think we will find somewhere else to go to relax from now on.

As an employee of this hotel's competitor, I found myself staying at Sleep Inn a second time as their rates via Expedia were great compared to those in the area. The beds are comfortable, pillows are so so, and the amenities are functional. Only issue I have with both my stays are that the restrooms could use a little more attention and upkeep. Toliet seats loose and wobly, and exhaust fan was obnoxiously loud and could use a cleaning. Staff was courteous and polite, however only viewed 1 person attending at all times.

This property is close to I-80 and around several other motels. There is fast food and fuel nearby. This property is an older building converted to a Sleep Inn. The property is run down. We encountered a broken bed frame, a loose toilet set, a slippery shower, small TV, dirty hallway carpet. The staff was not super friendly.
