Room was very comfortable stayed there a couple of days. But the last room I had it was fine but the box spring of the bed or something was broke. Because the foot of the bed was higher the the head of the bed. But it wasn’t anything to be upset about. I like the pl. actually about to book for a couple of nights. I price is very good compare to where we use to go. It’s cheaper and it’s a suite. The other hotel I went to was just a room and much more money. I will recommend so far so hood

I've never been so disappointed in a stay. The room and atmosphere were horrible. We checked for bed bugs so quickly because we felt like we stepped into a dump. First we had to walk with our luggage past a narrow area with a number of items someone was keeping outside (who must be staying there long term). When we entered the room, we quickly realized there were 3 different lights that did not work so the room was very dark. There were stains on the ceiling, wall damage, peeling wallpaper, and shoddy flooring work. The tables were sticky as well. We felt like we could not relax and we called almost immediately for a refund. The room looked nothing like the pictures. We ended up staying for one night and around 10pm, there were people outside loudly talking for about an hour. The person at the front desk did not care at all about our experience or the issues we had with the room.

The parking was easy but I did not feel safe. The property is terribly run down The bathroom was in disrepair I would never ever stay there again

It was a nice spacious room but … Walked into room and there was a huge bug. Later found a couple spiders. Tried to hang something in closet and the shelf broke. Shower rod was bent so hard to close curtain fully.

All of the rooms need to be cleaned the same way I have been here multiple times the room that I stayed at most recently was the least expensive room and I feel like because of that they don't take that cleaning as serious as the more expensive homes there was hair in the shower during behind the back home toilet and older when I first arrived just all around not what I would pay for it

Stayed here doing a festival. The location is really not near anything. The hotel itself is clean but needs updating. The faucet in the shower was lose and our door to the room didn’t lock. But they immediately came and fixed the door. The staff is very nice and breakfast was fine. It was fine and I would stay here again. Just needs some TLC in some areas.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. The room is a mini suite with a kitchen and a den. One of the best things is that the heating and air conditioner is vented like a house...no unit in the window or wall. It is perfectly quiet, not like the noise made by wall units. There also was a decent breakfast.
