This hotel is like really old. The pillows were hard as a rock. Unfortunately we stayed in front of the pool so the noise of people talking around was horrible. The bathroom is like from the 1800 LOL I couldn't sleep and the little i slept the pillow caused neck pain 😩

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful but the first room we got was terrible the fridge was leaking water and the floor was wet, none of the outlets near the bed were working, huge problems when you travel with teenagers. I went to the front desk to fix the problem and the staff wants to send the maintenance guy at that time so I suggested changing the room. She did change the room but this one smells cigarette but at that time we were too tired to keep changing rooms so we slept there.

The air conditioner was obscenely loud though it worked great. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was nothing on the website that said the pool was closed. If I'd known that beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else. The room was clean and the shower worked well.

This was more of a stay by week place. Lots of homeless people and construction workers. I did not feel safe at all. The room was old, and everything that was metal was rusted including the lamps. And the pool was closed for repairs. If I had known all of this, i would have never booked this place.

The floors were dirty, I found several bugs inside. The metal lamps etc were corroded. Two outlets didn’t even work. One was for the main light the other was for the hairdryer. The pool was closed without any advance notification. It was loud with people and dogs day and night.

You get what you pay for

1 night stay before we left for a cryise the next day. Convenient location, the hotel overall needs some renovations. Walls are thin, could hear group of college kids partying late into the evening, also hanging outside the door making it sound like they were in the room with us. Thos was around 1am. Now this was for spring break time, so i wouldnt fault the hotel for that one. If you like comfort you may want to spend a little bit more for a nicer hotel.

The staff members were very friendly, especially the night desk attendant. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty. Considering the amount of dirt and dead bugs lying around, it appeared the floor hadn't been swept in a really long time. It's safe to assume it's never moped either. Our socks turned black even after I swept. There were also dried puddles and brown marks on the toilet seat which wiped off and the microwave was disgusting inside. Since it was a late night check-in a new room was offered, which was greatly appreciated, but the location added difficulty to our situation with 2 disabled bodies (adult and child). Plus, we had also already unloaded all 4 people's bags into the room. I hope they hire a better cleaning staff. They have great potential.

Air conditioning worked well in my room which was welcomed on a very hot day. I would have preferred to park my motorcycle outside the lobby but they made me park in the general parking lot which makes me nervous in a foreign town. Check in. The process was easy and staff was friendly. Coffee was good in the morning. Room is old and dated but comfortable and clean. Pool was not working. Place is also quiet. I did find a bundle of hair from the previous clients but that's the only cleanliness issue that I had. Room also had HBO which was nice to watch. If you stay here you have to go to the steakhouse across the street. This was recommended by staff as well
