The hotel staff and front desk are always awesome! Breakfast has always been good in the past. This time was very disappointing. There was almost no food left about an hour prior to last order, and they did not appear to be making any effort to make more. The miso soup and rice pot were empty.

The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast is normally good and fully replenished until the the last call. It appears that the cook changed, and stopped preparing food prior to last order.

Never ate breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on that. Other than that everything went great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, area around the hotel had PLENTY of dining options, there was a train station a minute away from the hotel…I have no complaints about the hotel aside from how cramped the restroom is but that is par for the course in Japan hotels I suppose!

The room was clean and had nice amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. For the price, this was a nice stay and it was easy for us to get to and from Tokyo Disney resorts (using ride services). That being said, the room was the smallest we have stayed in (even in Japan) and our bed was situated in a way that made it challenging for two people to get in and out of. Consider paying more for a premium room. Also, skip the breakfast here; there are plenty of other places nearby to get something better for the dam price or less.

Pros: Room was clean Grateful for the amenities Walking distance to many stores Cons: Very small (but i mean i knew that) Not enough toilet paper Wasnt sure to ask the staff but i was gettin back late and kept forgetting AC not working ( however, i noticed on last day that the TV shows that its adjusted by them and was on heater the whole time. I was hot i had to keep the windows open and my kid got sick

This hotel is located conveniently near the train station, it was literally 5 minute walk away and there was great food places next to it. There was also a plenty of convenient stores and a Mc Donald’s close by to in just in case because the shops and local restaurants near by close pretty early. The staff were great and very friendly at check in and spoke great English. Our room was small as we expected but was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the AC was working very well but being able to open the window helped it. Fairly far from Disney and other places but if you don’t mind the train ride then it’s worth staying here. I would definitely stay again.
