The location was excellent. 3-minute walk to several lines and lots and lots of shopping, restaurants, and the park. Highly recommend it. The onsen was amazing.

Great location near Ueno station and Ueno park! So easy to get to from Narita airport via Keisei Skyliner. Lots of shopping and restaurant options close by. Ueno Park was very lovely and a great place to decompress from the bussle of the city. The hotel was very clean. Of course the rooms are compact -- like a cruise ship cabin -- but had everything we needed. The room and fabric deodorizer was a welcome addition! The room is exactly as the picture displayed. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. We stayed in a room containing a queen bed and bunk bed. It was tight but the teens felt like they had their own space in their bunks. The spa was well-stocked with towels and beauty products. Such a great way to relax at the end of a long day walking. We will stay here again!

Clean and convenient

I chose this hotel because it is close to Ueno Park and has a bath. The taxi driver wouldn't drive me to the front of the hotel--it's on a side street--but it is convenient. It's an older hotel, and it is kept clean. The reception staff didn't speak any English, but I used Google translate. They were helpful when I had questions. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Surroundings are excellent! It’s right in the middle of markets and food in any direction! Super close to 2 train stations. 7 eleven right next door also a family mart down the street. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are small for a family of 4 but we still fit. 2 people would be no issue for sure. Would definitely use again. Great food all around!

Stay here if you have low standards!

Extremely cramped rooms, bathrooms are like airplane bathrooms - no elbow rooms at all. Charged me 11000 yen extra for 2 nights because I had incorrectly entered my kids’ ages during booking (number of people was correctly entered). Absolutely don’t recommend this if you have kids.
