The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my stay pleasant, and I would rate them 5/5 without hesitation.
However, I cannot say the same about the restaurant. Although the staff tried to assist, there was a noticeable lack of knowledge regarding dietary requirements. As a vegan, I found it very difficult to find suitable options. Steamed vegetables, for example, were stored alongside pork, which was disappointing. Room service was also very limited, and finding vegan meals through it was practically impossible. Had I known about these issues beforehand, I might have reconsidered choosing this hotel.
That said, the reception team and housekeeping staff did an excellent job and paid attention to the special requests I had noted for the room, which I greatly appreciated.
In conclusion, while I found almost everything else positive, the restaurant was a significant drawback and the main reason I would rate the hotel 4 stars—perhaps even 3—instead of 5, as dining was a real challenge during my stay.
