Amazing stay for this family of five

Family of five and first time visiting Japan. Hundred Stay Shinjuku was not only incredibly well located with excellent front desk service (English speakers) and well maintained and fitted out room (we picked the apartment) but it was the extra small touches like helping with logistics, the K-pop branded vending machine, and much accommodation shown to our large by Japanese standards family that made this a place we'd happily return to next visit

Grocery store next door, two minute walk from train station which gets you on a train to Shinjuku in two minutes. Or you can walk in 20 minutes. Capybara place is a 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurant choices within a 5 minute radius. Free supply of razors, toothbrushes, lotions etc.

Loved how organized, clean and tidy the rooms and services are. They only clean your room every 4 days which was fine for us but they provide new towels outside your door every night with new water bottles included. Our room for 6 had a small kitchenette, fridge and washer. Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in the room and we also loved the tatami bedroom. Are is convenient with convenience stores and a small super market just steps away. A variety of cuisines just steps away. Hotel staff spoke English and were very polite and helpful. We would stay here again. It was perfect for our needs. Our kids are 6,8,16 and 18. Also loved that there was a driveway and roundabout on the premises for taxis to drive in right up to the front door.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was great and the customer service was excellent. They had everything we needed.

We loved that the accomodation was in a multicultural area of town, surrounded by lots of different food options (eg. Korean, Vietnamese, Turkish, Indian, etc). There was an abundance of combinis around, and a small supermarket underneath the hotel. The hotel was within walking distance to Okubo station and Shin-Okubo station, 1 stop away from Shinjuku station OR you could walk 20 mins to the main Shinjuku shops around Shinjuku station. The staff were very helpful whenever we had questions. The only downside was the laundry. Although the laundry room was free to use, there were only 3 operational dryers which ran for over 3hrs each drying cycle. After waiting over an hour in the laundry room for a dryer to become free, we gave up. The location of the laundry room was also a little inconvenient to get to.
